TranslateI am looking for a roommate at my home in Betondorp, in Amsterdam East. I have just started working myself and am looking for a roommate who also has some structure in his life. During the week I am away from home a lot. As a result, we won't see each other too much, so it's nice if you also have your own life in Amsterdam. You rent an unfurnished room of 11m², with its own sink and built-in wardrobe. We also share a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a smaller (work) room, and a balcony. We have refurbished the house considerably, but it is not super luxurious. It is a 60s house in a nice quiet green neighborhood with an iconic architectural style. The Amstel station is less than 10 minutes by bike, and within fifteen minutes you are in the Indische Buurt, the Pijp or the Grachtengordel.Interested in this property?
