I am looking for a roommate at my home in Betondorp, in Amsterdam East. I have just started working myself and am looking for a roommate who also has some structure in his life. During the week I am away from home a lot. As a result, we won't see each other too much, so it's nice if you also have your own life in Amsterdam. You rent an unfurnished room of 11m², with its own sink and built-in wardrobe. We also share a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, a smaller (work) room, and a balcony. We have refurbished the house considerably, but it is not super luxurious. It is a 60s house in a nice quiet green neighborhood with an iconic architectural style.
