Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.- Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible- This is your home in Manchester, please care for it as such- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the propertyImportant: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. You can access the property via lift.Other things to note- Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.- No Parties will be tolerated- No Smoking will be tolerated, if you are found smoking in my property you will be fined £100.-If anything is found broken upon check-out you will pay for damages- My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries.
