The space The house itself has recently been rebuilt and refurnished from top to bottom to the highest modern design standards and comes with 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two shared living spaces, a garage, and large driveway, a spacious balcony with 180-degree sea views, plus a garden with barbecue and hammock! The bedrooms are situated at the front of the house, two upstairs and two downstairs with all the living accommodation facing the seaside at the back and a bathroom on each floor. If the beach alone isn't enough, there are numerous local attractions including the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch miniature railway, Dungeness Nature Reserve, Port Lympne Nature Reserve, Hythe Naval Canal, Hamstreet Woods, Camber Sands, Rye, Hastings, Folkestone Harbour and Dymchurch Amusements. There is also windsurfing, canoeing, and kite surfing in the sea and a nearby watersports facility for jet-skiing and water-skiing fun in Lydd. Guest access The whole house.
