We look forward to welcoming you soon!Guest accessGuests will have the entire apartment to themselvesOther things to noteWe want to try to cater for all guests therefore please bear in mind this is our family home and there are a few additional rules:This is your home in London, please care for it as suchParties are strictly prohibited and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.Smoking is strictly prohibited and an extra £150 fee will apply should any rules be broken. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.No pets allowed- No unregistered guests allowedOur lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm.- Please make sure to lock the door and ensure you do not slam it ( close it carefully) and ensure all the windows when leaving the property. Please also ensure you turn all the lights off and thermostat down.- Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.- A £100 will be applied for late checkout.Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a the full cost of lock replacement will be charged for any lost keys - therefore please be careful with them.Filming enquirers can be accepted at an extra charge (minimum stay of 2 nights)Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.Please don’t rearrange the furniture.Please do your dishes, strip the beds and take the trash out before you leavePlease use indoor shoes/slippers, if possibleIf anything breaks please do let us know so that this can be replaced.IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided.
