No wet wipes, sanitary towel or general waste in the water closets. Kindly use toilet paper only. No smoking and the use of e-cigarettes in interior spaces, parties, loud music or loud noise at all times (please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm). No pets allowed. Kindly ensure all doors are locked and all lights turned off whenever you go out and upon check out. Kindly set heaters to 14 degrees when leaving.Please respect and be considerate of our lovely neighbours and keep the noise down as this is a residential area. If there is any excessive noise or music at anti-social hours, we will be notified and so will the local council.
