Turn the key and you will be greeted with a lovely entrance hall with stylish tiled floor, the automated stair lighting will welcome you and light your way to the first floor. On the first floor you will find the kitchen & dining area, utility room, sitting room, single bedroom & main bathroom. The modern, light and bright kitchen and dining area has all the mod cons you could possibly need, and, is perfect for social meal preparation. Unwind with freshly ground coffee in the morning from the Espresso machine and enjoy mealtimes in this beautifully decorated space. The sitting room is a spacious and welcoming room, relax with an evening glass of wine after a day discovering the area, enjoy family games night, a night in front of the TV, or, choose a book from the 'reading nooks' built into the chimney breast. The apartment as a whole has been renovated to an extremely high standard with wonderful attention to detail, each item has been carefully curated and often features work from local artists. Due to the layout and location of the apartment we unfortunately do not accept pets. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property.
