Centrally located just off East Road it is a short walk to the Grafton Shopping Centre and local services. This is the perfect place for up to 4 people looking to explore, work, or study with everything needed a short walk away.SLEEPING:Main Bedroom – Double Sized Bed with hanging space and shelves2nd Bedroom – Double Sized Bed with built in wardrobe and chest of drawersThe main bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. Towels are provided for each guest, as well as toiletries for your personal use, including shampoo, shower gel and hand wash soap.CHILLING:Comfortable open plan living room with a 40 inch flat screen Smart TV to select your favourite streaming channels from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, YouTube, or Local TV channels. There is also Superfast Wifi for work or study.EATING:There is a modern kitchen kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a Delonghi Coffee Machine available for personal use – guests to purchase own coffee.PARKING:A free undercover car parking space belonging to the flat is available for guests to use. A second space can also be provided on request. There is also free on street parking available within the complex, but limited spaces are available.OUTDOORS:My flat is located in the centre of Cambridge just off East Road and it is a 5-10 minute walk to cafes, restaurants, pubs and various supermarkets in the area. There is private access to the Beehive Centre where there is an M&S Food and ASDA supermarket, as well as a Costa Coffee.It is also an easy and scenic walk around the centre of Cambridge from this location to various tourist attractions and shops, as well as the beautiful River Cam and parks if you are looking for exercise.I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.Guest accessGuests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.Other things to note- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours- Smoking in the property is not allowed.- Extra guests are not allowed.- Superfast wifi available- Pets are not allowed- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave on the shoe rack provided.- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is an ASDA supermarket minutes away.- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided.
