TranslateDear new future roommate,We are looking for a nice, (part-time studying/working) roommate who can accompany us in our house in Zeist. We would like someone who does not smoke, who is responsible, who cleans, and who is between 23 and 35 years old. Someone who appreciates that there is a cozy atmosphere in the house, likes to cook together every now and then and also likes to do his own thing and is otherwise quiet (no parties in the house, it is quite noisy!). No pets allowed. You will live with 4 housemates (a working man, two working women, a studying/working woman and a housemate to be determined). Our ages are between 20 and 35 years old. We love cooking together, watching a movie every now and then and having a nice chat. The house is located on the Oude Arnhemseweg close to the center and the bus stop. The Uithof is within cycling distance (± 25 min.) and the Uithof is also easily accessible by bus. The room is 13 m2 and costs 460 euros incl. However, there are also the internet and household costs and the deposit price (2x rent). There is a sink in the room and a shared washing machine is available in the house. The kitchen will be shared with 1 person. Upstairs is another kitchen for the rooms on that floor. There is also a shed at the house where you can put your bike and a shared garden with another house. If you are interested, you can respond with a nice story about yourself (who you are, what are you looking for in a house, interests, what you do).
