The room is on the ground floor, is 14 m2, has a sink and the costs are 401.98 euros per month (incl. gas, water and electricity). Our house is located in the bellostraat complex where it is a 5-minute bike ride to both the center and the campus. It is a double mixed house with different studies and both bachelor's and master's students who are all active in a (sports) club. We are a quiet but cozy house.
