In February, March, April 2024 I will be abroad and I am looking for someone who wants to look after my home and can temporarily take over the financial burden. During these 3 months you will have access to the entire house. Ground floor: entrance, toilet, living room with open kitchen, garden.1st floor: bathroom, bedroom and extra room attic: washer / dryer and open spaceBedroom has a bed 1.40 wide and the other room has a wardrobe. Both rooms are equipped with lamp and blinds and are located next to each other. Sassenheim train station is a 5-minute bike ride away and takes you to Leiden, The Hague and Amsterdam in a short time. Mandatory takeover:Gas/Electricity estimated at 100 eur per monthWater estimated at 20 euros per monthInternet and TV 50 euros per monthUse of vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and other furniture included. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Possibly possible to come earlier or stay longer, but then the house will be shared with me (rent is therefore divided by 2)Interested in this house?
