TranslateHi! I am looking for a new, female roommate with whom I can share the house I rent in the Schildersbuurt. The beautiful 30's upstairs apartment is located close to the center and roads, in a quiet street (side street Adriaen van Ostadelaan). There are plenty of shops in the neighborhood for your daily groceries and a number of nice terraces. The Wilhelminapark is practically around the corner. It concerns 3 rooms of a total of about 35 to 40m2; Two larger rooms (living room and bedroom) and a smaller room (study/walk-in closet) on the second floor. I live on the first floor and we share the spacious kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom (with bath and separate shower). I'm looking for someone who is calm and works. I like it when we have a good time in the house and regularly have a drink, take an evening walk or have a bite to eat together. I have left the time of intense house parties, etc., behind me (or am I looking for it outside) :) The price does not include g/w/l, internet and municipal taxes. The lease will start on 1 August.
