ABOUT THE ROOMPer May 1st I am looking for a roommate in the apartment. Tenant gets a room of 16m2 and a second room of 8m2 (I use my second room for working from home). Rent includes upholstery, equipment, service costs, and resident tax: 630,-In addition, there is an advance payment for heating, electricity, and internet for 122,-The apartment is located in Utrecht Overvecht, 3 minutes walk from a shopping center and 20 minutes by bike from Utrecht Central Station. There is also a bus stop in front of the door, and Overvecht station is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment itself has a shared kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, a living room, and a balcony (attached to the room that is rented). There is also a washing machine and you can park for free in front of the apartment complex. ABOUT ME My name is Lois and I am a real homebody. I work from home a lot and you can make me happy with an evening on the couch. I would love to have a roommate who likes to eat together, play games, watch TV, or just chat about nothing. Of course, some time for yourself is also important, so nothing is mandatory. I work as an illustrator and am very creative, so my interests are often in that corner. Animations, anime, old shows, weird people on the internet and much more. My requirements are not very strict, so please write if you are interested. But I do have two important points to consider:- I'm asthmatic, so I can't have a roommate who smokes. Even if you smoke outside the apartment, the smoke still comes in through clothing and I simply can't stand that with my lungs.- *IMPORTANT* I have a cat. The care is entirely for me. I feed him, I clean the litter box (it's in my room), I vacuum for the hair; You won't be bothered by him, he follows me like a shadow. All I ask is that you don't let him out, he's a house cat. He's free to pet himself, of course. I'd love to hear from you if you're interested! *Who you are and why you want the room etc.* It has to click both ways and I would like to know who I invite for viewing.
