The room is 6 square meters, so nice and cozy and costs 400 incl (the deposit is 1 month's rent). In the room there is a custom-made loft bed that you can take over from the room. The loft bed creates more space and fits a desk, cupboard and clothes rack underneath. The house is opposite a greengrocer, fishmonger and butcher. In addition, it is a short 5-minute walk from a shopping center with appie, jumbo, kruidvat, action (actually everything you need). Furthermore, a bus to Utrecht Central stops in front of the door and you have a bus stop a short distance away with a direct bus to science park. You will be living with two other girls, with whom you will share the bathroom and kitchen. To get a better picture of us: Lana, 21 years old, studies journalism at the HU, is in her first year and is addicted to tattoos and vanilla custard with chocolate balls. Kaylee, 23 years old, is studying skin therapy at HU and is in her second year. She likes to keep track of all her memories with her cameras and mainly listens to R&B. In addition, we both like to cook (with our meagre student budget), go to terraces or just chill at home. The Ikea is also within walking distance so ikea dates are not to be missed. And not to forget, the only man in the house, our cat Kiwi :) (so it's important that you love cats). We are both still very much in student life, so that's why we are looking for someone in the same phase of life.
