There are two supermarkets within 2 minutes walking. The Lunetten train station is also a 4 minute walk. Youll be in the city center with around a 10 minute bike ride. Also, there is free parking in front. The room is available from beginning of Februari. Duration of at least 6 months, with the possibility of longer.Furthermore, the room is already furnished, but youre free to bring your own stuff and make it like home. Well just talk about and see what works best. Im actively improving the apartment with insulation, decoration and better furniture.The rent is €975 and is excluding €65 of electricity/water/gas. So total of €1040/monthAlso, registration is possible.I prefer a male flatmate that regularly plays sports, is clean and has something going for him. Myself I box and go to the gym.
