The house is about 5 minutes by bike to Neude, close to the Overvecht shopping center and close to the highway entrance. Preference is given to 1 person. About the house: Living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, and an office adjacent to the balcony. Free parking across the street. House is furnished, some of my belongings will remain. It is a noisy house and the relationship with my upstairs and downstairs neighbors are good. I like to keep it that way and I expect you to treat it respectfully ;) A cat has lived there so the house is not suitable for people who are allergic.
