Julie is going on exchange in September, so from then on we are also looking for a subtenant for her room. We live with three people at the Waterwerk. The house is directly opposite the university and the supermarket is around the corner. In addition, you can reach the center within 10 minutes by tram or bicycle. The house has a beautiful garden (with rabbits) with a view of the Water Tower and the Maas. There is also a spacious living room and the new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. The bathroom has both a shower and bath. There is also storage space. The available rooms are both +/- 12m2. The room for rent is located in the attic. The room for subletting is on the first floor. The rent is €665 per month for both rooms. Joyce graduated in November last year and is now starting to become a citizen. In addition to her early civilian life, she plays football for Antibarbari. Julie is studying IBCOM at Erasmus University. She also likes to walk, have a drink (with live music) and watch a series/movie on the couch.
