TranslateLooking for a tenant. Registration is possible and it costs 650 euro per month, including electricity, water and internet. Since one of our housemates is moving out, we have room to be rented starting from September 5, 2024 – March 4, 2025, in a friendly neighbourhood. This house is in the Oosterflank area, 7 minutes by walk to the nearest metro station and 12 minutes by walk to Rotterdam Alexander train station. Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam can be reached in 20 minutes by bike or by metro. On the first floor, a common area is used as our living room and kitchen. We have a big kitchen island, a big refrigerator, a dishwasher machine, ovens and a microwave. A balcony on the first floor can be used for enjoying the summer. On the ground floor, we have a laundry room. A garden can be used to have a barbeque. We are looking for tenants with the below criteria: 1. Indonesian, International or Dutch citizen with adequate financial capacity (preferably a master/PhD student or a young professional). 2. Age 25 – 40. 3. Having a similar value of cleanness and being able to take turns to clean the house. 4. Using water, electricity and warmer wisely and effectively. 5. Pays one-month rent as deposit. Living situation: The house is a three-level house. You will share a house with one PhD from Erasmus, and one master student. T Your room is on the second floor.
