The apartment is on the 1st floor and is divided into 3 bedrooms, 1 spacious living room, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 kitchen and a balcony. Communal amenities include a washing machine, dryer and oven/microwave. Room 1 is approximately 11 m2, located on the east side of the house, has access to the balcony, built-in wardrobe and a bed with storage space (614 eur per month including GWE)Room 2 is 9.5 m2, located on the west side of the house and also has a built-in wardrobe (564 euros per month including GWE)At this address it is possible to register with the municipality and pets are not allowed.
