The room has 2 large windows and is located on the 7th floor in a residential building in Rotterdam North. It is 6 minutes by bike to Rotterdam Central Station and with 2 minutes by bike or 6 minutes by foot you are at Hofplein (center). Furthermore, the residential building is managed by Stadswonen and has washing machines, dryers and a roof terrace. You will be living here with a master's student with a busy life, so I am especially looking for an independent person who does not smoke, has no pets and who likes to go his own way.
