Dear guests looking for a room (21+, Dutch speaking),In connection with a traveling roommate, a sublet room will become available from August 1 to October 31 (in consultation you could also move in as early as July) in our spacious and fully equipped house on the Meent in the heart of Rotterdam. There are three supermarkets around the corner, Blaak station is a 5-minute walk away and the cosiness in numerous pubs such as van Zanten or Bokaal can be found just a stone's throw away. The house is fully equipped. Every other week a cleaner comes to clean all shared areas for a paltry 10 eu p.p. We have two kitchens (incl. dishwasher), two bathrooms + WC and two washer/dryer combinations. We have a nice living and dining room with a giant TV, big couch and good sound system. We also have benches on the gallery where you can sit in the sun all day. Perfect to relax after an intense weekend! The room that becomes available is about 25 m2 and the rent is 680 eu per month including utilities. The room is on the sunny side, so you have light in your room all day long. All furniture basically stays put, so you only have to bring your clothes! In consultation, furniture can also be removed when you come here. There are five of us living in the house, three of whom are master's students and two who are starting to work. During the week, we like to eat together, but don't feel obligated to anything if it's not convenient. We are looking for someone who has left the intense student phase behind him, as most of them have to get up early every day during the week.
