TranslateHi! You will live in a cozy house, with three other roommates. We're a pretty laid-back household and often get together to play Mario kart, and friends are always welcome. Furthermore, we are now a Dutch household, but we have always been an English-speaking household. So speaking English is no problem at all. The room is 22 square meters and the toilet and bathroom are your own. My room is already furnished, so there's no need to move a lot of stuff. The room is on the 2nd floor with a nice view, and the flat is within walking distance of a shopping mall. Furthermore, the university can be reached within 5 minutes by bike and the tram stop is a 30-second walk away. So you are very easily accessible by public transport. The room is available from 1 September, but in consultation a few days earlier would also be possible! I'm going on exchange for 5 months, so the room is available until the end of January. The rent is 641 fully inclusive. The common room is very spacious, with a dining table, sofa and television. We also have a large kitchen if you like to cook! Interested in this property?
