Fantastic 3-room apartment with parking space nearby the city center of Nieuwegein City Plaza and city park Oudegein. It is very well finished and equipped with parking basement with parking space. The courtyard is attractively decorated and gives the complex a cozy and chic look.

Highways (A2 and A12) are easily accessible within a few minutes' drive. Within walking distance you will find public transport (direct connection with Utrecht), shops, restaurants, sports facilities in city park Oudegein. It is very pleasant for a family because of the car-free courtyard and city park Oudegein with all kinds of facilities for children.

Layout

Ground floor:
Through the green interior you enter the closed entrance which provides access to the stairwell (no elevator) to the apartment on the top floor and the parking garage, where there is also a closed space for bicycles.

2nd floor:
