TranslateSince last year I have been living in the quiet and beautiful Maasland and I am looking for two students/early working roommates. My name is Guus van der Meijs (27). I also like to cook together on weekdays and maybe exercise. I myself am still studying Industrial Engineering and Management and I work at VolkerRail as a maintenance coordinator. The front garden is located at the front facing south, so you can enjoy the sun all day long. The road is only used by local traffic, which keeps it quiet. At the rear there is already a rack for fitness and dumbells, a bbq, two garden sets and a bath/ice bath. I like to exercise in the garden and I would like to buy even more equipment. Also at the house: a dishwasher and an ironing doll. Currently I have a room of 22m2 (€850 p/m incl.) incl. I recently renovated the entire attic. There are also various pieces of furniture available and we can look at what is needed in consultation. Spaces together: bathroom, office/guest room, two toilets, living room, kitchen, wine cellar, front and back garden (dimensions can be seen in the photos).
