TranslatePINO House is looking for a new male roommate! *Dutch speaking only* *DUWO-house: first-year and travel time priority**LETOP: this is a temporary contract because the peli will be renovated in the long term (2025-2026)*We are a double-mixed house with 7 roommates (Quintus/SSR/NSL/DAC/Forestus) in the center of Leiden (Pelikaanhof)! The Haarlemmerstraat is around the corner and the AH is within rolling distance. Because one of our housemates is leaving us, a room will become available on 28-11. We are a house without many obligations, but we have house night on Wednesday. Furthermore, every year we have a Christmas dinner, a date dinner and we celebrate October 2 or 3 together. We also go on a home weekend once a year. In addition, we eat together spontaneously, have gang chillings or barbecue in the park. We are also always up for watching a movie, playing a game or randomly escalating an evening together. Our house has 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and 2 kitchens, a fusion and is fully equipped (oven, airfryer, freezer, TV etc.). The room that becomes available is about 14m2 and costs about 400 including g / w / l. You share the bathroom/toilet/kitchen with 3 others! Furthermore, our house has a shared roof terrace.
