TranslateHey girls! (Yes unfortunately guys, our landlord has the requirement that it has to be a girls' house). There is a room available in our house on the Gysbert Japicxstraat. It is located at the rear of the ground floor in the house. You share the kitchen with 1 roommate, Kim, and share the bathroom with the 4 of us. We have a (mini) backyard where coffee is drunk every now and then in the morning. The house is located in a super nice neighborhood. Close to the canal, and close to the Albert Heijn (2 min walk). In addition, you can cycle to the center in 5 minutes, and to the station in 6 minutes. You can cycle to NHL Stenden within 15 minutes and Van Hall Larenstein is even only a few minutes!! A top spot :). In front of the house you can park your bike against the garden gate. There is also free parking in front of the house. There are 4 of us in total and we are actually a kind of family. Regular chats, playing games, drinking tea (and spilling), weekly house evening and other fun. The room itself is +\- 16 square meters and €280 in basic rent. With GWL (50 euros), wifi (15 euros), water (4 euros), washing machine (4 euros) and a contribution to the annual large waste bills, you come to an amount of approximately
