The rent is 570 euros per month including and the deposit is 2 months rent (rip). The room is on the first floor and you share the bathroom and kitchen with another female roommate. Downstairs we have a shared front garden where you can park your bike and behind the house we have a cozy garden where we often eat together in the summer. The room is located on the Wandelpad in Hilversum about 10 min walk from the station and the center, the nearest supermarket is 5 min walk. From Hilversum it is +- 20 minutes by train to Amsterdam and you are in Utrecht in 15 minutes. You will be living with 5 other girls. We are a close-knit house, but we all have our own lives. We like to eat together often and our doors are always open to have a cup of tea or a beer, but nothing is mandatory. We are not a party house and therefore looking for someone who likes a drink from time to time but does not organize large parties. In addition, the landlord prefers someone who is not already living in Hilversum.Would you like to become our new roommate?
