We do not use your room or your bathroom. We are a family with 2 children. We are looking for someone who wants to rent for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 1 year. It's a nice stepping stone to look for a nice room in the city, if you don't have the connections yet. We are looking for a female student who is calm, sociable, clean and tidy and has no problems with children and a cat. The rental price includes cleaning 1x every 2 weeks by an external cleaning lady. Since we are a family, it is not the intention that house parties are given. Everything in consultation. If there is a click, we would also like to ask the student to babysit for an hourly fee. We live in Reitdiep.
