TranslateHuize Hertha is looking for a new roommate! We love playing games and having drinks. Every now and then we sit together, we visit each other but this is not mandatory. We would love it if you would come and sit with us every now and then to have a drink or a cup of tea. The only obligation in this house is the cleaning schedule ;)We are all in a different year of our education. We are mainly looking for a cozy roommate who will join us. We are between 20 and 25 ourselves, so we are looking for someone who also falls in between. We have a nice house with a front and back garden. You can put your bike in the shed, where we also have our dryer! We also have a washing machine in the house and we share the toilet, bathroom and kitchen with 4 roommates. Your room is located on the first floor at the back of the house. The room is 17m2. The old rent of the room is 396.39 euros, this will change for the new rent. A big plus about this house is that we have a very nice landlord. If something is there, you can assume that it will be solved quickly. The house is well maintained, so everything works fine! The location of the house is ideal. We live in paddepoel, this is a safe and quiet neighborhood (many families in the area), near Zernike campus, a bus stop and a shopping center with all major shops. In front of the house is a large field, where we also like to sit in the summer. So you can go in all directions! If you think you're a good fit for us, send us a message!
