Hii room-looking girls (20+/FURTHER IN THE STUDY)!! We are Lieke (21), Anke (21) and Susan (22) and in our cozy house on the Van Swinderenstraat a room will become available for an indefinite period of time as of August 1st! The room is 12m2, with two spacious built-in wardrobes and large windows that provide a nice light. The room costs €289 per month including g/w/l and internet. The curtains have to be taken over for a small fee. Our house on the van Swinderenstraat is within walking distance of Albert Heijn, Lidl and Action. By bike you are in the city center in 10 minutes and in 15 minutes at Zernike. We share kitchen, balcony, toilet and bathroom with washing machine (which we rent for €3.75 pp per month, this is on top of the rent). We like to keep our shared spaces neat and clean with the help of a cleaning schedule. We are a close-knit house in which the doors are open to each other, we regularly eat together or have a pleasant house evening. We are all a bit further along in our studies and are looking for someone who is the same. In addition, we would like you to stay in Groningen regularly during the weekends! The medics will be on July 8 between 6:30 and 9:30 p.m., please only respond if you can then!
