INTERNATIONALS WELCOME! (but girls only - so sorry but its a landlord requirement that we cant do anything about) Heyy :)),we are looking for someone to subrent one of the rooms in our cosy student house (during one Erasmus semester).The room is about 20 m2, is fully furnished, has its own sink and two big north-facing windows (lots of natural light during the day, but it doesn’t get too warm in summer). The house is a few minutes from the city center, and very close to the train station!In our house, we have two kitchens (one shared by two people, and the other one shared by three people). This means that even though we are five house mates living together, it never gets too crowded in the kitchen. We also have a balcony which is perfect for summer hangouts. :)About us as a house: We are all between 20 and 25 years old and we are a mix of Dutchies and internationals and therefore, in our house, youre going to hear a mix of languages spoken (from Dutch to English to German ...). We love to spend time together, be it a little chat in the kitchen, having a glass of wine on our roof to watch the sunset, or to even go on weekend trips together. However, we also respect each others privacy and space and participating in an activity is never mandatory. We all have our own lives and we understand that you do, too. But we would love to live with someone who is willing to join from time to time!We have a cleaning rooster that we take seriously, so we all take care of the shared living spaces in turns. If you are interested in subrenting this room from the 1st of July until the end of January, send us a message and please tell us a little bit about yourself so that we can see whether wed be a good fit for each other :) Looking forward to meeting you!
