The house has 6 spacious rooms available, has a neat shared kitchen and bathroom and may be inhabited by max. 6 people. The house is located in the center of Groningen close to all amenities and is less than 10 minutes walking distance from the main train station.
THE HOUSE AND ITS ROOMS
You enter the building through the front door and enter directly into a small hall where you enter the first floor via a staircase.
Via the stairs you enter the kitchen on the first floor. Furthermore, on this floor there are three spacious bedrooms, an office, the toilet and a large hallway with closet and stairs to the second floor.
The kitchen has just been installed (Sept. 2024) and is for general use.
This brand new kitchen is equipped with sink, gas stove with oven and refrigerator. You will also find a washing machine connection in this kitchen.
The bedrooms (resp. 18, 22 and 24.5 m2) are spacious on this floor and the largest room on this floor is divided into two rooms that could be used as a bedroom with study or private living room. The bedroom of 18 m2 (room 1) has its own sink.
