Cute room and quiet room, in quiet street close to the park(Noorderplantsoen 1 min walk) and some uni rug building are in the street here (rug psychology and more) Zernike is 10 min by bike and also the train station. The room is furnished, has 2 windows, double glass, curtains, a sofa ( green and red cover), desk, marble table, large build in closet, and bed ( you can alsoput your own bed in it, but there is a 2 person frame). On the top floor is a large sunny terrace 35m2 and downstair there is a cozy kitchen with a large table ,chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and more. We are looking for a social, happy person, that is willing to keep the house clean together.
