Heyhey I'm looking for a new roommate as of July 15th, for an indefinite period (m, 20+)(YOU CAN STILL APPLY UNTIL JULY 1ST!!) My roommate is moving in together and that's why I'm looking for someone who wants to take his place. I'm looking for an enterprising person who is also a bit further along in his studies, has already built a life in the city, but likes to do things together and become close roommates. Since we only live with the 2 of us, it is very important that you are looking for a neat and quiet house, since I am too. It is a 2 bedroom house where we share everything with the 2 of us. The beautiful house is located on the Jozef Israëlsplein, opposite liquor store De Kabouter. It is about a 5 minute walk to the center and several supermarkets. The bedroom is about 15m2 with large windows and a sink! The kitchen is fully equipped, 2 refrigerators, a dishwasher, built-in combi oven, induction hob and an air fryer! All this will be about 630 euros, including g/w/l etc! My name is Dax, I'm 21 years old and I'm studying educational sciences at the University of Groningen. I will be entering my third year next academic year (2024-2025) and will hopefully get my bachelor's degree (for my minor I am going to Sweden, so that is IMPORTANT to consider. I will be away from August 20 to January 20 and during this time I will sublet my room, we can find this subtenant together so that you are happy with it too!). Outside of my studies, I'm usually very busy socializing. I can regularly be found at tech/house/trance festivals, such as fym, kopjek and paradigm. Outside of that, I'm also a tapper in a faculty pub where I still relive my glory years from time to time. Apart from all these entertaining, but unhealthy, activities, I am often in the TrainMore or in a clothing store, gymnastics and fashion are a bit of my daily activities and you will often hear me talk about this. At home, a friend or my girlfriend regularly comes over to eat or watch a movie, but the party always takes place outside the door. I hope you got a bit of an idea of me and the house!
