TranslateHey room seekers (m/f)from 1 July, a room will become available at the Gorechtkade. We are a house with 3 people, 1 of whom will be leaving soon. The room that will be available is about 10m2. The rent is €275 + g/w/l costs of around €75 per month. We also have a communal dining room with kitchen, a common bathroom, balcony and toilet. With 5 minutes by bike you are on the Grote Markt and the Zernike Campus can also be reached in less than fifteen minutes. We are a close-knit house where the door is always open. We are a member of the student association Albertus Magnus, and a partial member of TAM. We are looking for a nice, sociable, social person, who also likes to do something with us on a regular basis. We also like it if you, as a new roommate, are a member or active member of a student association somewhere, for example.
