TranslateRoommate (M/F/X) wanted for an indefinite period of time. The hospi will take place on the 16th of July, please only respond if you can be there! :) Unfortunately, one of our roommates is leaving this nice place, so there will be a room available! It is a room of 12m2 for €291.14 incl. g/w/l and service costs (deposit = 1 month's rent). In addition, you pay about €10 per month for the internet. The bathroom (with washing machine and dryer), the toilet, the kitchen (with dishwasher!!) and the balcony are shared with 3 roommates. In this beautiful room there is a very handy loft bed, which has to be bought. You will get the curtains and floor for free ;) We are a quiet and cozy house with no strings attached (besides the cleaning schedule). We do like to eat together, have a drink or have a chat every now and then. Our house is really in a top location, a rolling distance from the UMCG. It is only a 10-minute bike ride to the station and 20 minutes to the Zernike Campus. Better yet, within 5 minutes by bike you are on the Grote Markt! In this top spot you will live together with three roommates: Lisanne (24), Mamata (21) and Marit (20). We are all a bit further along in our studies or even close to graduating. That is why we are looking for someone who already has some experience with student life/living in a room. Are you excited yet? Send us a message and tell us who you are!
