TranslateI will be away for the summer break (10 July-30 August) and Im looking to rent my room. You will be sharing the room with 6 other tenants, 1 girl and 5 boys. Its a pretty shallow building so we dont have much shared space like a living room. The kitchen is shared with 2 other tenants on the same floor, while the bathroom and toilet are shared together among the 7 tenants.The housing is a 5-minute bike ride away from the city center, and a 10-minute bike ride away from the train station (Hoofdstation) and Zernike Campus. Supermarkets like AH, Jumbo, Aldi, and Lidl are all only 5-8min of walking distance. Asian markets like Oriental and Halal markets like Nazar are also within a 5-minute walking distance.No smoking and no pets are allowed inside the building. Were not the type to party much given the building construction but we love to chat sometimes in someones room or the kitchen or watch stuff like the Euros together. But most of the time we keep to ourselves so preferably were looking for someone who will not be too noisy throughout the day.
