TranslateHi I am SUBLETTING my room from 23.06. - 19.09.24.The room is quite small, but it is super cozy and has huge windows and a door to the balcony. You will live with 2 dutch girls (both 24 y/o). The rent is 350 euros a month (incl. utilities). The apartment is close to the train station, 7 minutes by bike from the city center and 3 minutes away from a huge park.I am searching for someone that is clean and responsible with the properties of others and especially responsible with taking care of plants I am only subletting it for the whole time frame (3 months)!As the date starts already next sunday and I am quite busy until then I will only answer a few people that really might match well and then schedule a video call to check if it works for both of us.Interesse in deze woning?
