The other roommate is moving out soon, so another (smaller) room will be available from August 1st.The rent is 450 euros per month, with an additional 45 euros for water and electricity, and 18 euros for internet. The deposit is 850 euros, which is paid directly to the departing tenant. You will sign a contract and receive the keys to the house first.
