TranslateWe are looking for a female roommate for a room in our nice apartment in Paddepoel.De room that is available is 12 m2 in size and has a small walk-in closet. The room is upholstered, there is laminate flooring and there are curtains. The sofa, the desk with the shelves above it, the office chair and the shoe cabinet can be purchased if interested (price to be agreed). We have a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. There is also a storage room where you can safely park your bike. The rent is €420 incl. g/w/l. Zernike is less than 5 minutes by bike and in 10 minutes you are in the city. You will live in a house with two other girls. We are both in the process of finishing our studies and are looking for someone who is also a bit further along in her studies or is already working.
