TranslateCasa di Ambon is looking for a subtenant from September 1, 2024 to June 29, 2025 with a chance of moving on! (HOSPI IS FRIDAY EVENING, AUGUST 9TH!) It concerns 2 rooms, 1 smaller bedroom and a larger general room of about 20 m2 in total. The rent is 450 euros per month including gas/water/electricity and the large furniture in the room will remain. The 3 of us share the kitchen, bathroom, balcony, washing machine and dryer. Our house is located in the Ambonstraat in the Korrewegwijk, with the Albert Heijn around the corner and it is a 10-minute bike ride from the center. We are a quiet house where everyone goes their own way, but we do like to have the doors open and eat together when it suits us. In addition to the cleaning schedule, we have no obligations.
