Through the central entrance with intercom and mailboxes you enter the stylish lobby with receptionist and via the elevator or the staircase you reach the apartment which is located on the 2nd floor.
The hallway of the apartment gives you access to the living room, pantry and the bathroom. The living room (approx. 27m2) is a nice bright room with open kitchen. The seating area is located at the front of the apartment and overlooks the grounds at the front of the complex. From here you also have access to the balcony which is located on the east and where you can relax in the morning or afternoon sun.
