TranslateHi future subtenant! We are House Conspiracy consisting of 3 ladies and 3 gentlemen. There is a room available for 6 months from mid-July/August and that is why we are looking for a new social animal. We are not averse to doing fun things and try to eat together as often as possible. Going out together or having a drink is of course also part of it and we also have a house night every Wednesday where we do various fun things, such as bowling, playing games or having a drink (which can sometimes end in total esca in the city). After dinner we often have a drink with a cup of tea or sometimes a beer or wine, which can end in a 5-minute bike ride to the city. Speaking of cycling, the Saxion is about 5 minutes by bike and the UT is about fifteen minutes (this is a rough estimate and is strongly influenced by your cycling pace! ;). In addition to joint activities, there is of course still plenty of time left to do your own thing in Enschede! Ennnnnn....... good cooking skills are highly appreciated :)The house has a shared living room, kitchen, shower and a large backyard on the south (with a lounge set where we have delicious bbqs with beers and wines). The room is approximately 12m2, and has a shared toilet. Because this room is sublet, all furniture is already in it and it is expected that the subtenant will purchase a topper (40 to 60 euros) for a 140 bed in connection with hygiene.
