Someone who has already lost his wild hair a bit, but loves a good party from time to time. We ourselves are a bit further along in student life or have already graduated and are working. That is why we are looking for a new cozy roommate who is already a bit further in his studies or starting to work. We live in a neat, elegant 30's house that is fully equipped. The house was renovated 8 years ago and has been well maintained ever since. In a nutshell, our house has: - ? A large kitchen with a view over the Volkspark, equipped with dishwasher.large refrigerators, air fryer, etc, etc.- A super chill shower,- ? A large, neat living room with access to our super chill, west-facing balcony. In the afternoon and evening you can enjoy a wonderful view here until the sun goes down. It is therefore logical that we regularly enjoy drinks and food here. The room itself is +-10m^2 and has a fitted wardrobe. There is also room outside the room for an extra closet.
