From 1 September, a room will become available in our student house on the Volksparksingel located in Enschede. We live with 3 ladies and 5 gentlemen in a neat, clean, spacious and above all cozy house! Now a lovely roommate will leave us, so we are looking for a new roommate! Most of us are active in various sports/study and/or student associations and the ages range from 18 to 26 years old. In our house you can do your own thing, but there is an open door policy. For us, this means that you can lock yourself off in your room if you want to or if necessary. However, we like to do something together on a regular basis. The first Monday of the month we always have our house evening and we often have spontaneous fun activities and/or evenings together! In the summer, for example, we often go for a BBQ and every year we have a date dinner. We also go on home holidays with the house every year in Austria, Belgium and Malta! We eat every evening with the people who want to, then have a cup of coffee and are always up for a drink! If you have other plans of your own, you are completely free to do so! Since we all have something of a neat and tidy household, we have a cleaning schedule and usually clean up our mess immediately after use. Our house is fully equipped. We have a large backyard, a large roof terrace, automatic lighting, dishwasher and we live next to the People's Park. The room is about 12m2 and will cost about €325. This room is on the first floor, adjacent to the roof terrace with private access. The room will be available from September 1st. You share the house (kitchen, 2 toilets, bathroom, washing machine and dryer) with 7 other roommates. Our house is 3 to 5 minutes by bike to the city/Saxion and about 10 minutes to uni.
