Hi room finder! Welcome to the best advertisement of Kamernet! We are the coziest student villa in Enschede with 7 residents. At the moment, 3 men and 4 women live there, from first-year students to graduates. One roommate will unfortunately leave us, which is why we are now looking for a nice new roommate! The room is available from July. What do we do? Most of the residents are active in student life. From fraternities, sports, study, and student associations, everyone has something he or she feels at home with. Despite the fact that everyone is sometimes busy, we eat together every evening, play a game in the evening or open a nice beer. We also regularly sit in the kitchen studying together or chat with those who feel like it. Our kitchen is also the living room, here we do practically everything together and is fully equipped. All rooms are very spacious and every now and then we go to someone's room to watch a nice movie on the many TVs in the house. We have a square outside the house that we use a lot in the summer for drinks and BBQs! We keep the house very tidy by a cleaning schedule and cooking + costs are divided fairly via Eetlijst. Furthermore, we have few obligations, but we have a house evening every month. We also have a Christmas dinner every year, we also organized a date dinner and we went on vacation last year. The available space is a room of 16m2 on the ground floor. You share shower and toilet together with two other residents. Our cottage is located just outside the canal in the Roombeek district. The shopping center of Roombeek is within walking distance and it is just under 15 minutes by bike to the UT, just under 10 minutes to the Saxion and in 5 minutes you are in the city.
