We are Club 101, a house consisting of 5 students with different backgrounds and studies. Currently 2 ladies and 3 gentlemen live in the house, ranging in ages from 19 to 28 years. One of the gentlemen is leaving the house temporarily and that is why we are looking for a new roommate. As a house, we eat together several nights a week and occasionally have a house night where we watch a movie, play games, BBQ, or go to the casino. We don't have fixed house evenings, but we like to do things together. However, nothing is mandatory. We also sometimes go into town together and have a grand Christmas dinner with all the (former) housemates. We are looking for a roommate (male/female) who is starting or working on his/her bachelor's or master's degree. It is also nice if you like a beer or wine from time to time and also like to spend time together in our spacious living room. We are looking for someone who fits our house, can cook and eats with us. The room that becomes available is 15 m^2 and has its own sink. The room costs €400 per month and will be available from 1 August 2024 to 31 January 2025. The room is furnished. All furniture seen in the photos will remain in place. We share most of the amenities in the house: First of all, a spacious kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The luxurious bathroom has a bath, a shower, 2 sinks and (not unimportant) a toilet. Upstairs we have a living room with several super chill sofas, large TV and Chromecast. We have a big gigabit pipe to the internet. We also have a garden behind the house to chill, sunbathe and BBQ.
