TranslateHi potential female subtenant, A room/studio on the Perikweg in Enschede is temporarily available. In our house we all have our own studio with kitchen. The room that becomes available on the upper floor shares the shower and toilet with 1 person else from our house. We have a garden, where we like to relax with a drink or a cup of coffee. Our house consists of 5 girls: a mix of workers, a student and a working student! Age between 21 and 25 years. We like to be able to do our own thing, but we also walk in on each other. Every now and then we like to eat together, do an activity, have a drink or exercise together, but nothing is mandatory. The period that the room becomes available is in any case from October to December, but in consultation it is possible to sublet a little earlier or a little longer. If you are interested, it is nice if you mention the desired period in your email, then we will see if we can work it out together. Here are the advantages of this nice room: Walking distance from the center, several supermarkets nearby, nice roommates (!!), no obligations but space to do fun things together, your own kitchen, cheap (rent includes g/w/l and the room is furnished), reasonably flexible in terms of rental period.
