TranslateA room available in our student house in Twekkelerveld. The room is 14m2 and has a sliding door to our large roof terrace. The room is heated with its own air conditioning (the radiator does nothing anymore) that can also cool well in the summer. Floor and curtains remain in place. The room has a wired internet connection and good wifi coverage. Our student house consists of 3 gentlemen and 2 ladies from different studies. The bathroom, toilet, living room and kitchen are shared with the three of us. Costs are 375 euros rent and 75 euros service costs for energy and water per month. In addition, we pay for internet (about 8 euros pppm) and taxes such as sewer and waste taxes (about 120 euros per year pp). Room is available from January, and may be refurbished.
