TranslateTime for a (new) room? In our beautiful Huize Decibel, in the center of Enschede, a room will become available as of August 1st! That's why we're looking for a new, spontaneous, fun roommate. We are a house without obligations (except for the cleaning schedule) but we do like cosiness. Unfortunately, we don't have a living room, but often room doors are open to walk in for a chat. Furthermore, in the evening there is always someone to eat with in the spacious kitchen and we usually have a house evening once every two weeks to do something together. We also have a lovely large roof terrace where we like to BBQ or have a drink in the summer! Our house is within crawling distance of the center, 3 minutes by bike from Saxion and 15 minutes by bike from the UT (what more could you want?). If it happens that it rains or you just prefer to be lazy rather than tired, the bus stops right in front of our house. Furthermore, the room is about 12 square meters in size with its own sink and a deep closet where all your stuff/clothes can perfectly fit! The rent is 310 euros p.m. inclusive.
